Pigeons and poop

I drop the deuce on a daily basis. It's messy. I don't particularly enjoy it, but it's something that's gotta be done. It's like that old saying, "If I don't do it, who's going to do it for me?" Recently, I've had dreams where I'm pooping. This started maybe a month ago. I know it's disgusting, but more than that, it's puzzling. What is the significance of pooping in a dream? And why, after 25 years, have I started having such dreams? I don't really want to get into it right now because it's such a dirty issue.

Last night I dreamt I was at this house. It was my house, though I'd never been there before in my life. I was supposed to be picking up my brother from the mall, and was just waiting until time came to do so. There was a bird cage, with a pigeon in it on the kitchen counter. I guess it was my pet pigeon. It was perched on its stand in the cage, moving its head left and right looking for something.

I felt sorry for the bird, so I let the it out of the cage. As soon as I did that, two more pigeons appeared out of nowhere. One of them walked over to the bed and slipped the covers over itself and went to sleep. I could feel how tired the bird was. Another was walking around aimlessly at a slow pace. The third, a white pigeon that appeared to be extremely malnurished, lay down on the ground as if it were dying. I went over to the white pigeon and tried to talk to it. I picked up its head but then it just slumped down again when I let go.

Can't recall the next part of the dream, so I'll skip ahead. I took the cage from the countertop and tried to go back in to the cage. Oh wow, what I meant to say was, I tried to get the pigeons to go back into the cage...this dream is hitting too close to home. But the pigeons didn't want to, and I didn't really have the heart to force them to. At the same time, it seemed that it didn't matter too much because the pigeons were not even trying to fly away. They were just chilling, looking jaded.

What say you?
